CENTRAL AIR
SERVICE PLAN

The Central Air Service Plan includes a tune-up to keep your air conditioning system running at peak efficiency, as well as these benefits:
• First-in-line priority service.We’ll respond the same day if you alert us to a problem during business hours. If the problem occurs after business hours, we will be at your home the following morning.

• A 15% discount on the repair and/or replacement of parts (including labor).

OIL WATER HEATER
(must be combined with heating service plan)

Service coverage for your oil water heater provides you with the assurance that your water heater is operating properly and preventing those unwanted cold showers. You receive these benefits:
• an annual tune-up of water heater burner, performed in conjunction with heating system tune-up

• parts coverage: aquastat, burner parts, controls, emergency switch and flue pipe (up to 7’’)

PUTNAM FUEL LOYALTY CREDITS
You earn Loyalty Credits for each year you renew your service plan, up to a total of $500 during your lifetime as our customer. You can use these credits toward the purchase of a variety of equipment, such as boiler replacement, furnace replacement, water heater, and more. TANK PROTECTION
The TankSure program, which is available for above-ground and basement tanks with a capacity of 330 gallons or less, is a valuable part of your service plan coverage. It includes:

• a tank replacement warranty of up to $1,000.
• an annual tank inspection, which will be done during your annual heating system tune-up. Ultrasound equipment is used to inspect and test your tank. We will immediately notify you in the event a problem is detected.
• corrosion protection from adding a zinc composite anode to your tank during your annual tank inspection. This prevents rust from forming in your tank, extending its life.

The Plan also includes tank protection as well as an annual tune-up. Cleaning, Tune-Up, & Adjustment
The Bronze Service Plan provides a 15% discount on many things that typically go wrong with your heating system. The Plan includes an annual tune-up to increase your system’s performance and longevity.
